For up to 2 persons our holiday flat costs (final room cleaning: 15,- €):

1 night: 45,- € 2 nights: 85,- € 3 nights: 120,- € 4 nights: 155,- € 5 nights: 190,- € 6 nights: 220,- € one week: 250,- €

If you would like to come with three people, you can change the couch on the picture above into a comfortable bed (90 x 200 cm) for two persons with an additional price of 10,- Euros for the third person per night.

Special offer for families:

Children travelling with their parents pay:

• until their 12th birthday staying up to on week only an all-inclusive-price of 5,- Euros per child,

• after their 12th birthday half the price, 5,- Euros, per day,

• from 17 years on the full price of 15,- Euros per day.

You can use the WLAN of our broadband internet connection. In order to provide a good night without electro-smog we usually deactivate the WLAN-connection between 11 pm and 8 am.

For a stay for at least four weeks we offer you special prices

The prices are valid for a whole month. If your stay touches two months, we count the days with the different price of those months.

The price includes: final room cleaning, 1 pound of coffee, tea and jam. Towel change once a week.

Additional change of towels and bed linen during your stay: 5,- €

Additional room cleaning during your stay: 15,- € 

From Oktober to April 50,- Euros extra for heating.

Prices for the Holiday-Flat No. 2

Final cleaning: 30 €

Arrival from 2:00 p.m. Please tell us approximately the time you plan to arrive to make sure we are at home.

Departure: 10:30 a.m. This makes it possible for us, to prepare the flat for the next guests as nicely as we do it for you.

Every person starting from the third one pays 15,- € per night.

You can cancel your booking until 30 days before your arrival without any costs.
